Myhr2u Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the myhr2u platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the myhr2u platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and myhr2u as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The myhr2u platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the myhr2u platform.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Myhr2u reserves the right to request identity verification through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time.
- The use of false names, another person's information, or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Password Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Any activity carried out under your account is considered to have been performed by you, whether or not it was done with your authorisation.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the myhr2u support team immediately.
- Myhr2u will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you fail to notify us within a reasonable time.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a myhr2u platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, fraud, hacking, or any activity that harms other users is strictly prohibited.
You are not permitted to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or unfairly exploit the platform. myhr2u reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect any irregularities and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
Users are also prohibited from sharing accounts, selling accounts to other parties, or using another person's account. Each account is personal and non-transferable. Users found to be in breach of this rule will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include forfeiture of the account balance.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their respective countries.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or the payment system is a serious offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments & Transactions
All transactions on the myhr2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available payment methods include local bank transfers, Malaysian digital wallets such as TNG eWallet, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit
- The minimum deposit for e-wallets is RM 20 and for bank transfers is RM 30.
- Funds will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed, typically within a few minutes.
- Myhr2u is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators.
- Deposits made through third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the user's own name.
- Myhr2u reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 hours for standard methods, subject to security checks.
- Any suspicious withdrawal attempts may be put on hold pending the completion of an investigation.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Liability Limits
Myhr2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from game outcomes, service disruptions, technical errors, or delays in transaction processing. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and accept that risk voluntarily.
Account Suspension & Termination
Myhr2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity, confirmed fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases of suspension, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If termination is due to a breach, myhr2u reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the myhr2u support team. Closure requests will be processed within seven business days, and any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the myhr2u platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the exclusive property of myhr2u and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from myhr2u.
Third-Party Links
The myhr2u platform may contain links or references to third-party services. myhr2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
Myhr2u reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the processes prescribed by Malaysian law and within the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
